First day back to the gym, learning to become more familiar with workout routines and exercies. My first few weeks of progress will be slow but I HAVE FAIT :evillaugh .
Currently I weight in at the horrible weight of 145.5 !!

8 Days so far and I allready gained 2 lbs!!! Im surprised. Hope the results keep on coming!

A little belly fat is forming but thats ok for now. Im not getting too intense on MID-SECTION W/O yet.
thats 11.5 LBS allready in about 4 weeks!

try not to add weight too quick mate. but other than that you have a good frame to put mass on and youll notice the results quicker.
I've been slacking lately (last 2 weeks not lifting that hard). But, this pic prety much shows my progress!! =D
Winter will be my full out work out time. Cant wait to look good for summer !!
