I was around 215 pounds like around April and I'm down to 180 right now with watching out what I eat and doing some cardio with lifting. I'm doing WBB 1 for around 4 months now. But my question is that even though I lost 35 pounds, my belly still isnt flat yet, there are some fats around my belly section. How do I get rid of that? Should I do some cardio? I work out every other day, so I could fill out the days with cardio when I dont work out. Should do I some crunches or abs work? Would that also help me to burn belly fat?
