    Crossfit

    im wanting to try something different and ive just recently come across this..my question is how would u mix it up with normal heavy lifting sessions and what the benefits of it would be....and anyone now where i could find good examples of a crossfit routine?

    Follow the WOD for a month and tell me if it doesn't contain heavy lifting sessions :P

    Bingo. If you're going to give CrossFit a shot, I recommend 3-6 months of following the WOD as is and then assess your situation.
