    Before and . . . During? Pics

Hey, I'm relatively new to the site. As a matter of fact this is my first post . The first pic was taken at the beach this summer in July and I weighed 280. The second was taken today and I'm a . . . well. . . still fat 250. I'm shooting for 225.

Yea, a six pack is definitely the goal. Hopefully by next summer. Any tips on ab workouts?

Yeah, none. Just do a split of your choice and fine what macronutrient breakdown works for you.

Keep dieting/cutting and do weighted crunches once a week, along with Russian twists. That's it! Cheers!

I may be the only one mentioning this, but maybe you should slow down your fat loss. I've had friends who are emotionally burdened by loose skin months after losing their weight simply because they dropped it too drastically. I'm not sure if slowing down fat loss will actually improve skin structure when its all said an done but consider it.

    Regardless, great job.

Not to detract from the OP (good job), but this just made me think about it. I'm trying to keep @ 2lb/week... I'm hoping that's slow enough that I wont have the excess skin problems :-(.

Alright! I'm done cutting for now. It's been a long ride, I went from obese to average. Now to put some muscle on, then cut again down the road.

Ya, I am a little worried about excess skin. Everyday when I hit the treadmill I feel my gut bouncing what feels like feet up and down like I need a stomach bra or something. It didn't do it when I first started so I guess it is my loose skin giving. I think by hitting my goal of 55 lbs total I wont look too much like a shar pei. . . Hopefully.

Sorry for the off topic question but I can hang clean 255, and power clean 275. But my parallel squat max is only like 265. Why?
