    Best 'N' Worst

O.K. , I know some of us just think that we are beast and huge mofos...but what is the muscle(s) that is hardest for you to grow...that is lagging behind...or that you have to work the hardest for it to keep up with the rest of your body.

On the other hand what is the muscle(s)that is easiest for you to grow and needs the least amount of attention.

Looking at progressive weight increase over time, then
    Easiest - back and traps
Hardest - chest, arms and shoulders

By the tape, legs and arms, but when you have chicken limbs, any increase is a big increase.
