Ive been doing full body workouts 3 days a week for a couple months now. I do about 3 - 4 sets for each muscle and keep the reps around 10. Lately however, i feel like im not getting stronger and im losing a little size. For one i know i should be eating more, but should i start a split and work each body part just once a week??
start a split, that is definatley over training, thats why you are getting negative effects. Do a 3 or four day split, training each body part once per week. That should do ya right.
For sure it is time to change. decide if you want a 3 or 4 day split and use the search tool here. U should be able to find tonnes of information about routines. Also the Journal section would be great for you to read!
