    Bigger Bicepts

    I want to increase the size of my bicepts naturally, and in the quickest time. Right now they are 13.5 inches flexed. I curl usually with 30 pounds, and I do 3 reps of 10 or 12. However I haven't seen any results. I would like them to be around 15 inches. Does anyone have a good workout they would like to share so that I may reach my goal. Thanks.

    Bro, there is a sticky at the top of the board about your biceps, how the **** did you miss it?

    Do biceps with back, train them to failure with about three sets in the 8-10 rep range. Use strict form, and train your tri's also. If you want big arms you've got to train your tri's too, there is no point in having big bicepts if you dont have any tri's. Your probably not eating enough either.
