The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Thoughts on routine.

    Hello everyone.

So after my first week of my new routine, I really didn't like it at all. So I decided to switch to a new one I made. I want to hit every body part twice a week, but with that last routine i couldn't do it with just three days to workout so I've made this routine:
    Day 1
    Chest:
    Bench press 4x1-3
    Low incline db press 4x1-3

    Back:
    Incline rows 4x1-3
    Dead lifts 4x1-3

    Arms:
    Bb skull crushers 4x1-3
    Bb curls 4x1-3

    Day 2
    Legs:
    Squats 4x1-3
    Calf raises 4x1-3

    Shoulders:
    Military press 4x1-3
    Db lateral raises 4x1-3

    Abs:
    Leg raises
    Twisting crunches

    Day 3
    Chest:
    Dips 4x1-3
    Cable Cross over 4x1-3

    Back:
    Chin ups 4x1-3
    Lat Pull downs 4x1-3

    Arms:
    Db triceps extensions 4x1-3
    Db curls 4x1-3

    Day 4
    Legs:
    leg press 4x1-3
    Leg curls 4x1-3
    Calf raises 4x1-3

    Shoulders:
    Seated db press 4x1-3
    Upright Row 4x1-3

    Abs:
    Crunches
    side crunches

    Let me explain.

    Week 1
    Monday: Day 1
    Wednesday: Day 2
    Friday: Day 3

    Week 2
    Monday: Day 4
    Wednesday: Day 1
    Friday: Day 2
    ...ect.

with this I'll hit Chest, Back, and Arms twice and Legs, Shoulders, and Abs once a week. The next week vice-verse.

let me know what you think. I'm really not sure on the sets/reps(I'm looking for strength) so any advice on that would be very nice.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I'd look into the standard Westside template if I were you.
