well i was sick on friday and missed my squat day. and sunday is my bench day. i am feeling better and am going tomorrow but dont know if i should just move all my workouts back one, or just skip squats this week and move on with bench and continue on with my normal routine. i usually do squats on friday because it gives me the weekend to recover. i do a labor job and being sore can put a damper on productivity for the day. what would you do in this situation?
