    Running in Place

    What's up everyone?? Had a question for you guy's I wanted to know If I had no access to a tread mill and did not have time to go out and Run, Is running in place good cardio???

    If you've got time to run in place, than you've got time to run outside. It's a good cardio exercise depending how fast you are going. You might try jumping rope instead...

    Even though; both jumping rope and running in place are REALLY boring.

    I once had to jog in my garage for 1 hr for droppig eight for wrestling THAT was boring haha. can't believe i did that tho.
