    powerlifting contests.

    Are there any powerlifting contests where the lifters aren't allow to use lifting shirts and belts and whatever else they use? Sounds to me like that could give an advantage to people.

    It would make more sense to me to have people lift without the aid of anything like that.

    There are contests like that but not alot. You dont have to wear equipment if you dont want to in any federation.

    Those are kgs. In other words, 643.5 lbs.

    I think AAU is raw, or has a raw division.
    Squats work better than supplements.
