I'm a bit stumped here.

Whether to do Chest and Tris or Chest & Bis. Same for Back and bis or Back and tris.

Currently, I do Chest and Tris same day and Back/Bis on another day.

Which do you believe will give better results? Which have given you better results?

When doing chest and tris, your really giving your tris a good work out that day. If you do chest and bis, your essentially working out 3 body parts instead of 2 (chest, tris and bis).
