    Cheap lifting shoe?

I figure it's time to buy new shows for lifting since my regular shoes just have too much padding and don't feel right during heavy squats. What cheap training shoes (I don't have $150 to spend on new shoes) would you guys recommend that give good support, would be a good base for squatting/deadlifting and are pretty flat?

looks like everyone beat me to the point.

of if ya want something a tad more all around such as cross training, new balance makes a great shoe for like 30 bucks, and you can do lots more things, i prefer only squatting and deadlifitng in chucks, other than that im a new balance or air max guy
