I've been back into lifting for 2 weeks now and I can actually say I enjoy it!! Im so happy im allready seeing some progress. I went up atleast 10-20 pounds in all lifts and went up 60 in chest press.
I would just like to thank all you guys for helpin me get back into lifting and educating me.
I have allready changed my diet quite drastically.
When I started lifting Sept 5th I weighed in at 144.5 . I'm allready at 149!
