    Left quad bigger

Sorry i know these kinds of threads r annoying but honestly i just wanted to ask if anyone got the feeling they pushed more on one Quad more than the other. ALl in all my legs seems equal in size but its like my left quad is starting to get a nice size but my right is always lacking, whilst my inner right Thigh and Tear drop are bigger than my left. What the hell is going on here...

I am a new squatter ,but here is what is most likley going on:

One leg is pushing up while you squat faster then the other. Likewise, while you are deadlifting. I had this same problem when I started out!

    Unilateral work

Split squats, walking lunges, single-leg leg press.

Also - stand with more of your weight on that leg when you stand.

I suggest going down in wieght and making sure you evenly go up on both legs. That's what I was advised to do and did.

Ok thanks for the answers. Built i will try those Bulgarian split Squats i heard about. And i think you are right, i tend to have more of my bodyweight on my left leg when standing... God... I gotta reduce the weights, that sucks. Better than than uneven progress i guess.

Haha, Ive seen alot of people almost do 180's as hey come out of the clean or snatch.

just push evenly with both legs, or more with the one that dsnt get as hit.

Often the leg that is activated more is the dominant leg and probably your jerking leg.
Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
