    Dextrose corn sugar?

    Is corn sugar what I want for fast-absorbing insulin spike dextrose?

    I found this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/dex.html which seemed like a pretty good deal.

    And yes I started lifting again. I will soon make a journal.

    you should grab a tub of gatorade powder for like 8 bucks. makes me look forward to taking creatine.

    There's sucrose and a bunch of other crap in that. Dextrose is dextrose is dextrose.

    now makes good and cheap dextrose, though if you want to buy 50lbs the beer and wine making stores are cheaper
