on bench i got my 330 opener, pretty easy, but didnt get the vid, felt good, i was thinking i was good for 350 that day,
till i tried 342, my shoulder couldnt get it (injury a week and half ago), i came close, but once my shoulder began engaging, it didnt have the strength.
moving on to squat I opened with 342, easy.
then moved on at 364 PR
then finished out with 375 PR
for deadlift i opened with 430, then moved on to 452 PR
then for my third attempt i tried 463 and couldnt budge it.
