    this is a solid intense program, the last weeks are BRUTALLY hard, ive done this before and liked it.

    i couldnt lift for a good amount of december/early january (i did a little but not much..) because of my elbows (and like i said i was straying. pathetic i know). i was dumb and tried to do something i cant do etc etc and it didnt work

    but now im back on it strictly, just trying to get my lifts back in order, still trying for a 315 bench by april but well see. id like a 495 dead by then too.
