I had an injury to my shoulder (popped it out during Jiu Jitsu) and I have been told that I need to exercise my Teres Major Muscle (and unfortunately this place won't let me post the link yet, but you can find it on wikipedia) in order to keep my shoulder from popping out again.
So far I have been using a 5 lb. weight pulling it across my chest. I was wondering if anyone had any other exercises I could possibly due for this muscle.

As with any injury start light and listen to your body, if it feels weird stop, if it hurts...ice and ibuprofen
thanks a lot, these sites look great. I wouldn't have thought it when it happened, but the hardest part about a shoulder injury is SLEEPING! I'll sleep on my shoulder weird one night and wake up with it aching.
I'll try the exercises, they should help some.
