Hey this isn't D, but I am using his account.
Anyway I was just wondering if any of you all ramp you back work or any other compound other than the big 3.

I normally ramp my bench with a 12x105, 8x210, 8x225, 6x240,
I was wondering if it would be at all beneficial to ramp my back work (or anything else (BOrows) similiarly.

I guess if I can do more weight it would be worth it...but if not it isn't!?!?!?!? I dunno

Any thoughts?
