    One month in and a question

    Well after reading a lot on here I finally took the plunge and started working out. Using Bill Starr's 5x5. I'm noticing great gains. My question is I'm eating great (healthier than ever). Maybe too much over maintanance. I've always had too much pudge, but now is worse. BF 25%. I like the strength gains, but wonder if I should diet down first, then get back into the bulk. The reason I ask is because (I know this sounds stupid) but the wife and I have our anniversary in the end of March, and I'd like to be looking pretty good for that two week vacation in Jamaca! Thanks in advance. By the way, the original plan was to lift like crazy until the end of Jan. then cut until trip time.

    Try not to overcomplicate it.
    You can accomplish your goal, just don't expect overnight results.
    Keep eating clean and track your calories, on fitday.com or in a journal here. Slowly lower cals, every 2 weeks or so. Keep lifting heavy and add in some cardio on your off day(or after lifting if need be).
