    resistance bands

    I was curious if anyone uses resitance bands to workout?
    I will be going away for work for three weeks so i will be unable to go to my gym so i was thinking of other ways to workout while away.

    I use them on the bar with weight. but you could do them like you are wanting to. if you havent looked at elitefts.com go to exercise index and then to band exercises.

    You can also look into all of the body weight exercises you can do, many variations.
    For bands, check JumpStretch. I had 2 sets of them, there great.
