Turkey noodle soup is pretty good. I'd make some of that.

I like to make wraps or sandwiches with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, turnip, cranberry sauce, and a little gravy. I had two today and it was like having a whole turkey dinner in a wrap.

This might sound extremely strange, but why not just eat the turkey like you would on thanksgiving?

I know you want some variety, but dang home cooked turkey smothered in gravy makes me drool.

The shake was a joke but you could try it.
When in doubt just search foodtv.com for recipes, or google turkey recipes.

The list goes on and on and on.
