    Roman Deadlifts/Regualr deadlifts?

    Whats the difference?

    Whats more beneficial for back strength?
    Representing Mike and Humps gym Beaver Springs ,PA. Home of Mike Wolfley, bench press record holder at 198lbs and first person ever to bench 700 weighing under 200.

    Bench-315
    Squat-285
    deadlift-315

    Regular deadlifts are better for the back but romanians work the back too.
