1 75%x2reps 60% 8x3 90 sec rests
2 80%x2reps 65% 8x3 90sec rests
3 85%x2reps 70%6x3reps 120 sec rests
4 90%x2reps 75%5x3 120 sec rests
5 80% 3x3reps 65% 3x3 120sec rests

then continue adding 5% onto each set until you reach your one set max.
