    be 170 buy next football season

    is there anyway i can weight 170 by next years football seasoni curently weight 140ish and im a freshman and i dont want so much fat so i can still run and be running back i just want to weight more so i run through people easier and be harder to take down.

    If you havent really lifted before and you stay commited to lifting, you will most likely make some big gains.
    Not for self, but for others

    Listen to the guys above me.

    I'm 14, training for basketball season, and I gained around 17lbs in 6-8.

    Its all about eating tons and lifting even more.

    also, try and eat a lot of protein, it will help muscle growth a lot.
