I need some advice. I'm going to start the wbb routine 1 today and wanted to know if protein shakes are bad in any way?
I am currently underweight for my height by about 20 pounds and really am lookign forward to putting on weight/muscle.
I have very fast metabolism and need help figuring out what to eat and how much of it to eat everyday.

YOu can delete this thread. I found a similar thread and will follow the tips given in there. fitday sounds like a good start.
Search for the thread on JM Blakely called "The Big Boy's Menu Plan." The answers are there. Please be smart enough to read between the lines, though. Too many people don't get what he's telling you. But, it's very simple.
