After a week of vacation I came back switched my heavy bench day from Friday to Monday (I usually feel better early in the week), and got 405 . Its been a goal for about 3 years and due to surgery, work, and other injuries it never happened until today. Now as I promised myself my next goal will be to lean down from 217 to 190 and try to keep myself as strong as possible. Check out my journal to see how the sets went down today.
