DL, DB Rows, learning to squeeze the bar properly
deadlifts, shrugs, rows, plate pinches...i'd say the biggest thing for me is working for a drinking water company, carrying 5 gallon plastic and glass jugs in each hand and walking with them.

What's worked best for me is heavy deadlifts and rack pulls, heavy barbell shrugs, and heavy double-overhand barbell rows, with some farmers holds/walks thrown in there.
