So I am doing a routine right now, but I want something better. I have dumbbells and a barbell with a bench in the basement, so I want a complete body workout. I know there are limitations here, but I want to work the entire body.
Please advise me on a good workout plan.
This is my current plan(modified RichMcGuire, thx):
Monday and Friday
Bench press 3x10
Standing or seated shoulder press 3x10
Barbell curl 2x10
Dumbell wrist curls 2x10
Leg press 3x10
Dumbell bench press 3x10
Dumbell row 3x10
Alternate dumbell curl or chins 2x10
skull crushers 2x10
reverse curls 2x10
Is this OK or is there room for improvement?

what are your goals?
I'm seeing all the necessary movements, but without knowing your goals or a little more about you (age, height, weight, goals, experience) I can't really say how it is.
One thing that I did notice right away is that you're benching 3 days a week, which isn't necessary.
5'10", 170lbs, 10% bf
Bench:255 Squat:295 Dead:400
Snatch:145 C&J: 205
Chin-Up: +135 Dip: +100
Max Pull-Ups: 44
