Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I take 2 tuna sandwiches and a bag of honey roasted peanuts of almonds (0.89 cents at the local store) to work with me everyday. We order lunch from the same place everyday, otherwise I'd bring 3 sandwiches with me a day.

9:30 am - tuna sandwich and 1/2 bag of peanuts
12:00 pm - grilled chicken sandwich
3:00 pm - tuna sandwich and 1/2 bag of peanuts

That's enough to get me through my 9 - 5 desk job.

Normally nothing besides some low/no cal drinks. Crystal light or diet soda.

Recently I bring 1/2 cup dry oats witha scope of nitrean to eat before going home as a preworkout meal. That way it has a solid 1-1.5 hours before I hit the weights where if I eat when I get home it is only about 30-40 minutes. Seems to help with energy at the gym.

I go home for lunch and eat whatever I cook. Yesterday was salmon and green beans. Today was chicken and brocolli.

I always take a baggie to work with me in the morning with unsalted peanuts or walnuts, string cheese, a fruit leather of peice of fruit, and a cup of yogurt. Sometimes I'll bring along a pint of strawberry milk or 1 or 2% milk.

    Nothing.

    Food slows me down.

I just have some coffee with splenda or a bit of diet soda whenever I feel hungry. Id rather save cals for later after working out when Im hungrier.
    Complication breeds desperation.

Whey in milk then I drop about a 1/2 cup of oats in a bowl. Incredibly tasting, nurtitious, filling AND low cal.

I leave the bag of oats and a measuring scoop in the cupboards and just bring in a nalgene with the whey.

Depends. When I'm working outside all day it's hard to warm up my food. When I'm in the office I bring anything I would eat at home, and warm it up. For snacks, I've put yogurt in a cup with trail mix. mmmm
