It's about 10-15 mins from my house the closest ever so far. I was driving 30 mins to lift each day. its 34$ a month which includes basketball,tennis,weight room, swimming, sauna, lounge and some other things. Im so happy!
What do you guys pay a month?
Do they have a place to deadlift and multiple power racks? How are their benches? Do they have an adequate number of plates? Do they allow overhead lifts?
Those are the things that really matter.
Chalk? Grunting? Bumper plates?
I pay $250 a year for golds. Tons of locations, and good equipment.

Your membership includes 3 visits with a personal trainer a week for free. It has a volleyball court, raquetball, tennis court. free martial arts classes with membership. It's nice. The cheapest i've ever paid around here was 20$ a month and that was a gym that was in a trailor that was run by 1 person. theres no golds gyms within 50 miles of here. Theres tons of other gyms but this one is by far the best.
