Hey guys, im new here. a little about myself: i am turning 17 in about a week, im 6'1", my max bench is 285. i curl 115 in sets of 10. I have been working out for about 5 months now. i went from 235 pretty much fat to 185 with good muscle mass. i currently take protein shakes, and i have taken anabolic switch and size on. I am a little iffy about putting on weight, because i went from being a "fat kid" to being in good shape. what would you guys reccomend for a creatine, and what would you guys reccomend for eating. i go between 183-186 lbs, i dont mind if i gain a little weight, just dont want fat. i try to eat just 3 meals a day and i eat healthy foods, mainly high in proteins. what would you guys be doing different?
