Started Bulking back in spring. Started Cutting about 10 weeks ago. Got up to 219 then cut back to 195. Irritating cause I still cant get the abs to pop out. Maybe if I cut back to 185 and do millions of situps....

lol dont do millions of sit ups, train your abs like anyother muscle, heavy weighted abs twice a week and lower BF and they will come.
How often do you train abs? And did you train them while you were on your bulk? That's the most important time to.

It's kind of hard to tell because the pictures are different scales and the first one is stretched, but I don't notice a difference between the two sets of pics - certainly not 20lbs.
How exactly did you cut?
