turned out my knee pretty bad playing football...it popped about 3 times

when I tried to walk it out it popped again

I put ice on it for 20 minutes and one of the other trainers (used to be EMT) looked at it. He said it seemed to be lateral which was a good thing.

Currently I can put weight on it enough to limp around...it doesn't really hurt too much it's just a little stiff and a little swollen (not too bad though)

the trainer/ex EMT told me to give it a day and see how it feels tomorrow

anything I should look for as far what would constitute having it looked at? As I said it's just a little stiff, I can bend it slowly without pain and straighten it.

Should I keep icing it?
