38 yo male
Started back lifting about 18 months ago after a prolonged illness that resulted in me weighing around #160. Made it back up to #195 in about 6 months, although much leaner than before. I'm maintaining this weight for now.
At this age I'm not really interested in being a lot larger than I am now......goals are to gradually increase strength, and maybe add #10-#15 over time, and to stay motivated.
