Alright well I've always worked out a little here and there without getting serious so now I am going to try to get serious. I figured keeping one of these journals would be a good idea
Unsure of my current weight lifting abilities I'll have to post back after I hit up the gym. Going to start off with the WBB #1 routine, bought a bunch of food in bulk at Costco so lets see how this goes.
