    Ankle Sprain

    I sprained my ankle about 6/7 months ago and it still hurts, I didn't do RICE because I didn't know about it at the time. I went to the doctor about 1 month ago and he said it was just a ligament strain and it will take ages to heal. I can walk on it and most of the time I don't feel any pain but I get shooting pains throughout the day for about 30 seconds at a time and they can be painful. Should I go back to him and ask for an x-ray or is he right and will it take ages to heal?

    Go see an Ortho.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    I was thinking that, could brake the bank though but will be worth it I guess.
