went to gym to start my rippetoe's work
i can do my 3x5 squat sets of only 100lbs, but can legpress ~250 3x10
i can only bench 3x5 @ 130 (needed help on last on 2nd set, had trouble, and 3rd set last rep i just needed to refocus and got it up)
deads i felt my form being bad @ 145lbs
i can't stand myself. though i could do better. i can only look for improvement from here.
