Hit back/bi's yesterday, unfortunately it wasn't the most grueling workout cause I got caught up playing 4 games of racquetball prior to lifting. However, did some nice solid movies, killed it in like 35 mins.

Night shifts at work aren't as bad as I thought, but are still taking their toll on me.

One of the better workouts in a while. I'm looking the biggest I've ever looked, and I'm very happy with how things are going. My cut starts on Sunday, and I'm happy I'm actually going to have a decent frame to chisel for 2 months, before I get back to bulking Very happy with progress.

Should just keep the bulk on in a gradual manner, but I know the deal though for looking lean this summer.

    Session is ace.

I would just bulk until like 220-230, but I joined a 6 month recomp contest over @ bb.com so i want to cut for the last 2 months to really emphasize a more overall recomp, rather than a 6 month bulk. After the 2 month cut is up, its bulking time again

Thanks man, I'm only going down to 190 or so since I don't really want to cut Going to just increase cardio, decrease carbs, and continue to lift just as hard.

Thanks man. It's much better for me considering the whole knee reconstruction and what not. My explosiveness has never really come back since I haven't trained it to. I'd like to get this to 205-225 by the end of the summer.

No lifting today, I just stepped in the door actually from a 16 hour work shift. I worked my normal grave yard ****, then went to help my grandpa with some HVAC work for another 8. Going to crash for a while, wonder if I'll ever wake up

I tell ya what bro, despite the weight fluctuations my strength hasn't faulted yet Today I bought some pork chops, baby back ribs, london broil, have about 8 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts, and some tilapia. Also got asparagus, brocolli, and some peaches...I will resist the carbs! lol All my fat burners are in, and I'm lookin to really kick this into gear.

    June 4th

    Muscles: Legs/Shoulders

    Hang Cleans (warm-up)
    • 135 x 5
    • 165 x 5
    • 165 x 4 (and press for 4)

    Push Press
    • 135 x 5
    • 155 x 8
    • 155 x 7

    Leg Press
    • 3 pps x 10
    • 4 pps x 10
    • 5 pps x 10
    • 6 pps x 8

    Front/Side/Rear Delt Raise Triple Set
    • 25 x 10 x 10 x 10

    Leg Extensions
    • 190 x 15
    • 90 x 10 (5 second negatives)

15 min cooldown cardio on the bike

Skipped the squats for once, the overhead pressing stuff felt strong. I'm going to start hitting the shoulders again on leg day, and the leg press felt great as well. I have been doing calves 4-5 days a week, so hopefully they get a little bit more chiseled up and defined.

I'd also like to incorporate some extreme stretching at the end of my workouts, I used to do it and have since slacked off from it. Overall, a successful workout. Tomorrow I get back on the cardio grind.

I saw your bb bench was around 245x5 which is really close to where i am on the bb. But those 110 dbs presses must be nasty, maybe I should mix it up more because I could barley squeze out 90 dbsx5 anyways great lifting man!

I've done 275 for 5, just haven't been going crazy on barbell lately, been focusing on incline actually. Just using it to warm me up for the last few weeks really
