    3 x 10 standing cable crunches, X crunches


    Felt real good today. Tone helped me out a ton with my form, and I see myself really pullin some solid numbers over the next few weeks. We might even give sumo a go, since it seemed to be a little more natural.

    Big ups to Sam, one of the guys who I've been lifting with, pulled a solid 600...super quick. Just missed a 620 lockout, hes gonna tear **** up at his meet.

    When is your meet and what class will you be competing in?

    Training looks solid man. 531 is awesome. I'm halfway through my 3rd cycle and I'm stronger than I've ever been. Keep up the good work.

    No official meet. I will compete in the 220's most likely. Probably sometime early in 2010.

    Yeah I'm going to have to agree with Tone on this one. I know there's two WNPF meets in December on the 5th and 6th, Bordentown NJ. Oh and it was a miss at 620 ahem not that it makes it any better .... just sayin.

    Felt fantastic, I threw it into the equation and that's roughly a 480 squat, so I think I can safely squat over 455...which I've never gotten before.

    Yeah that sounds good to me, wanna start practicing waiting for calls with the heavier weights.

    I was thinking of warming up sumo and conv...and just seeing which feels better.

    I'm probably going to switch my deadlift day back to tuesday after my meet. You're more then welcome to come pull then. I know how you feel, I don't like being in the gym 3 days in a row, it beats me up too bad.
