    Felt much better today. Technique was better. In a few weeks when I'm really comfortable with the chances, I think I'll be able to step up the intensity like I want to. I need to start pulling like I squat and bench...in due time though.

    Yeah I'm sure in a few years I'll be well over 500+ raw with my pulls. Just tryin to be the strongest I can be...theres guys at 198 pulling 800, so I realize Im not going for any WR's here.

    Wow, that's awesome man. I iced my knees today, felt better.

    It could just be the cold weather and drops in pressure, sometimes that messes with the screws in there. Thanks a lot though man, it's great to know you guys really have my back with this stuff.

    No belt, and my ass / hips were shot from Wednesday. I tried to kill that last set, but without the belt, and 48 hrs after my 5/3/1 dead day...just wasn't there. Deload next week, and damn im lookin forward to it.

    Stay home and study if it's your deload man. Enjoy your week. The crew is due for a down week since they are a week out so you won't miss anything and we should be ok on spots. Go to the gym, get your work in, and go study. Don't worry about tonight. Your body is still adjusting to deading and squatting heavy in the same week. You're gonna grow alot, get in alot better condition, and start to feel alot better in the coming weeks. I also wrote the WNPF Pres Troy Ford today and told him we will be bringing you to the meet. I also talked Doc into doing it with us so he'll be tagging along trying to hit a 1000lb total. It'll be a good time.

    Thats great news man. I'm pumped. I had emailed them cause I use some herbal test boosters and wanted to make sure they werent banned or anything, just to be safe. Its all natural stuff, and I doubt it does much but wanted to be safe. Its not banned by any of the natty BB feds.

    They didnt get back to me yet though.

    Yup, Im a junior right now, pre-med (biology)...gonna go to med school. Either that or do research, I have an internship this summer at UMDNJ in a Molecular Biology lab doing research. So who knows...all I know is I better make some serious bank and LOVE what I do cause these semesters are HELL as far as studying and work.



    This is my deload week

    Yesterday was Bench

    3 x 5 @ 225

    Hammer Strength Presses, 3 x 10

    Nautilus Machine Rows 5 x 10


    Today was deads

    5 x 5 @ 205

    Way too light, should have done 275 now that I think of it. I calculated % based off my bench max quick, like an idiot haha Too much studying lately, brain is fried


    Keepin it simple, and light. Need to start eatin my ass off, I am around 220lbs right now.

    zzzz? Cause it's a deload? Come train with him for 3 weeks and see if you're not ready for one. He's doing what he's got to in order to get better. It may not be much to read in a journal, but no one likes taking time off, but he's sticking to the program and that's to be commended.
