    Another great workout, really happy I could match my deads with the squats today. Lower back didn't tight up at all, and I think all the lower back work I've been doing is helping me stay up-right going down, and comin outta the hole.

    Headin over to Delaware tomorrow with the crew for their meet, should be a good time for sure.

    Appreciate it man, the lower back is as strong as ever. Today was the first time walkin back to my apartment with virtually zero pain! I know it might not be that way for long, but damn I enjoyed it lol

    Yeah man, was a blast yesterday. I was really happy for the guys to really tear **** up and represent.


    I cannot wait for my freakin meet, I'm already gettin antsy. I have 3 more weeks of training...gonna set some insane PR's and then go into that meet ready to set some more PRs.

    I like WNPF, that was the first meet i did. If i was still on the east coast I would still be doing their lifetime drug free division. I have yet to see any WNPF meet out here, so far ive only seen nasa and usapl.

    That's good to hear, Tone said they run pretty smooth. I'm lookin forward to it more than anything man.

    Well WNPF lifetime is a different sanction than WNPF. WNPF meets require minimum 3 years drug free in all divisions, except youth teen and JR where you have to be drug free for life.

    WNPF lifetime meets are only open to those that have competed drug free for life. It includes all divisions.

    I havent heard of WNPF doing 100% testing.... are they doing that at your meet? At the meet I did, about 15% or so of entrants were tested. 100% testing is kind of unrealistic these days, so expensive. But i applaud wnpf because it seems they do a good job with it.

    Didnt know that about the drug free for lifetime....either way I have nothing to worry about. Never tried anything, but some of those non-hormonal, herbal, test-boosters. Everything is even safe for NCAA / natty BB feds, so I know it wont do anything in the WNPF.

    Haha, no worries man. I love talkin about this stuff. Appreciate the kind words, and I do take pride in bein natural. Im sure when I get older one day, I might cross over to the dark-side, but for the next handful of years I dont see the need to

    I definitely credit the crew to my recent breakthroughs. They give my hard work, a little bit more direction. Sort of channel the effort into results. I see a 405 raw bench in my near future, and I'm pumped. I am really curious to see what kind of squats/deads I'll be hittin as well.

    I wouldn't worry too much. My very first meet I went 555/630/600. When I was giving my openers I said to Deb Miller (Mike Millers wife) 500, 600, 500 and she said "No, please give me your squat numbers first...I said...555, 600....and she start to laugh her ass off. It was funny as hell. Even if you outbench your squat it'll catch up eventually.
