The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Definitely. I was so proud to represent our crew like that. The hard work paid off, and I am happy it all worked out.

Not to go into too much detail, but my senior year in HS was taken from me with my knee injury. It took me months to learn how to contract my leg muscles, I was pissing in a bottle, having my mom wash me, and told I wouldnt come back.

To compete again was more important to me than anyone may ever know. I proved to myself that this injury couldn't hold me back, and lifting really saved me from some mental things I had going on from my injury.

Im really happy in the place Im at right now, so I'm gonna enjoy it for a few days maybe even a week, and then get back to hittin it hard again.

You squatted first. That's a heavy load AFTER squatting. Don't forget you're pausing reps too. That takes a very lot out of you. You did really well. Enjoy the successes. There's really nothing to learn from that miss except understanding that benching with a pause after squatting is a completely different animal.
