    Done. Waaay too many stims, had somethin like 500-650 mg of Caffeine, was just buggin out. Felt drunk, and it was a really *****ty ride home. Great lift though, Vizzy did work too which kinda helped me focus and push through.


    Good to see Tone and Sam before I leave for Christmas break, gonna miss all you guys. Hopefully I can come back a lot stronger after liftin those heavier North Jersey weights lol

    Nice deads man. I know what you mean about the caffeine too. I had 3 red bulls and a large coffee within 30 minutes of each other one time...I twitching like a crack addict.

    You didn't look great when you left. Too much of that **** is no good man. You don't need to overstim yourself like that. Have a cup of fu(king coffee or a Red Bull and do work.

    You put some real solid effort in on those pulls. Sorry the music sucked so bad! Keep that **** up in North Jersey and show Unbridled Rage what it's like to lift with a good crew.

    Yea, I'm not big on stims man, dunno wtf I was thinking. Glad it didn't effect my lift though, just ruined my night lol

    Hey man. I found a few place we can meet up at http://www.goldsgym.com/gyms/index.php?gymID=397 Yea, its a golds but I think that is the least gay out of all the commercial places. Its about 30-35 minutes for me and 25-30 minutes for you according to map quest, so its right in the middle. We can get like free 7 day passes to basically any commercial gym as long as I lie and say Im 18 and forgot my ID.

    This one I got off PL watch http://www.powerliftingwatch.com/gyms/fitness-factory It shouldnt be bad if its on there. Its a little bit farther, like 30-35 min for me and about 35-40 min for you. They have a free pass thing on their website too. By the looks of the pictures from their website it looks kind of gay. Up too you.

    We can get the free passes for each (like do 1 one week and one the other) and save some cash.

    Ill be free from this thursday through all of next week since Im off from school. I can probably make the trip after school some days too (my day ends at 2). What days do you usually train? (3 or 4 days a week?)

    That gold's looks like the best bet. Me and Chris (vizzy) should be good to make up a few workouts through the next month. I'll hit you up on Monday and let you know. 25-30 mins isnt bad at all.

    Did 360 x 6, then fixed belt, and did 2 more.


    Today on bench, I did 305 x 1, x 1, x 4.

    Just can't set up good on retro benches and I slide a llot. Just dont feel tight or safe. I'm thinking of just holding off on 5/3/1 for the month and hitting other movements to build up strength.

    Close-grip incline presses, dumbell presses, pullups

    Deads, GMs, abs


    Military press, dips, HS rows


    Squats , leg presses, abs.


    I think those will be my four days of exercises. Even squatting the bar feel like it's going to slip down my back, gotta see if this Friday is better or not .

    Chalk bro will solve your problems. When im training at World Gym , I usually chalk up the pad on the bench which keeps me from slipping at all. Also put chalk across your shoulders to keep the bar from slipping during squats. Works like a charm

    Yeah I chalked during the squats, worked ... alright.


    Dont know if it'll help on bench much, I'll try it out.



    If not, mixing up the movements and hitting DB's for a month might be better for me anyway.

    Try putting 2 mini or purple bands on the bench. Thats what I do and it helps with slipping a little. My bar slips off my back too even w/ chalk...it sucks lol.

    Rubbing chalk on the bench will help. I do it every set in the commercial gym and dont slide at all. If I dont, Id slide right off the back.
