    Yep, I didn't even feel overly pumped to pull yesterday...but once I started, it just all fell into place. Felt great man, you know how it is!

    I know you got a lot of your plate right now, but there is a WNPF meet in AC at the end March. Just something for you to aim for if your interested, I should be competing.

    Yeah, Christmas was great...just tryin to hit it as hard as I can and just ignore the numbers until break is over. It's feeling like it's impossible to set PR's now adays lol

    Haha yeah, it's a much different atmosphere and lift when you're surrounded with your friends and crew pushing you.

    Yesterday was DL

    Did 305 x 6, nothing great but good. Did some good accessory work


    Today was DL's....415 x 4, sh1tty. Warmed up great, but my form was way off. Leaning over the bar, just didnt pull right.

    Did some good accesory work, and then 15mins on the elliptical after. Gotta start doing cardio and get in better shape, blood pressure isn't exactly where I want it for some reason.

    Weight is around 221ish, which is neither here nor there. I'd like to bump it up to 225-228 and then start my cut to 215.

    Yeah man, definitely seems to be a down month for me as well. Got all the ex-girlfriend problems, now she thinks she might wanna "see if its right" to determine if she wants to try to work things out. So we are hangin out this weekend, in the mean time i went to dinner tonight with another friend and it went really well. So i dunno wtf to do, try to work on things with the ex or maybe take a break and explore other options. ****s kinda weighin on my mind



    Saw paranormal activity tonight, pretty dissapointed =/ I was expecting some sort of sleep depravation tonight, but we were laughin through most of it i dunno, just didnt do it for me.

    If it was me, I think Id give it some space and look around a bit. Your still young and have plenty party left in you. If its right, she'll be back. Plus it gets them friggin jealous as sh1t when you tell them its a good idea to cool it for awhile. Jersey Shore it up for a bit haha...we got a situation??? Happy New Year pal

I've been mia over the last month dealing with family/work issues trying to get things in order on the homefront. my training schedule has been all over the place. Kick ass in school and party it up. Do you plan on continuing with 5/3/1? Should be perfect for you while endeavoring in your studies.

    Yea, gonna hit the books hard and try finally get a high GPA like I know I'm capable of.

    Training hasn't exactly been where I'd like it to be, which is why I'm happy I did that meet at a sort of peak in my training.

    Bench was 290 x 7 on Monday, Squatted today and was just epic failure.

    On the bright side, classes are going good and I picked up my new car from my parents today!




    I'm pretty broke now, but I love the new whip. Pulls are on the up for both me and Vizz. Im just gonna keep hittin the weights as hard as possible, and stuffing my face. Whatever happens, happens.

    And yeah, me and vizz have been hitting AC prettttty hard lately haha It's good times, I'm glad I started goin out more, it's fun not bein a hermit nerd.
