Bear Complexes - 60 sec rest between sets
5sets x 7reps @ 95lbs
DB Swings (like KB Swings) - 40 sec rest between sets
65lbs with both hands x 12 reps
45lbs x 12 reps with each hand @ 3 sets
Turkish-Get Ups - 20 sec rest between sets
25lbs x 5reps each side @ 3 sets
30 secs each side, and facing down
5 minute warm-up
6 minutes 15/45 sec (sprint/walk)
Done. Didnt do this workout as planned, had to strap on the bears cause I just couldnt hold onto the bar for that many minutes with no rest, and the planks got cut short before 3 sets. So looking forward to getting my conditioning up and finishing this workout. The workout wooped my ass, but had a lot of fun, and it's different from what I'm used to.
Looking forward to see how this kind of stuff carries over to my over-all condition, physique, and strength.
