    Felt good to get back under some heavy weight on bench, went into the locker room and my physique is at an all time best. Bench is obviously much weaker, but it's expected since I haven't had much time under the bar, just like with deadlifts, and not too mention my bodyweight is right around 198 right now.

    Not gonna get too caught up in my bodyweight though, going to continue hitting the weights hard and just diet down to a body fat that I'm content with regardless of body weight.


    Tomorrow's deadlifts / lower back + glute work.

    Thanks man, weighed in at 196 today which was a little scary for me. I always get nervous dropping weight especially to this point, but my lifts haven't been suffering too much so that's comforting. Gonna keep dropping till I'm content with my BW, and then bulk back up to 230's.

    Done. Felt good, had good speed on the pulls which is what I was hoping for. I've always had great speed, and I'm glad I kept it. Looking forward to really jacking my pull up, and hitting some big numbers in the future. I'd like a 600lb deadlift within a year or two.

    A lot better now. Work and Home life really prevented me from training with Tone and the crew due to scheduling issues and kid duties, but Im now looking to get into new gear and jump back in with them as much as possible. Looking at hitting a meet end of year/ Beginning of year.

    I downloaded a calorie counter app on my phone, makes it a lot easier than trying to remember everything till I get back to a computer for my fitday.


    I'm eating a lot more calories than I realize. I guess I never realized how little I can eat now that I'm down to 189

    Hopefully this will help me drop that last little bit of fat before the bulk.

    After this shake I'm having now, I'm down to another 607 cals for the day. FML

    Yeah I hear ya man, schools been crazy as well and this is the 2nd semester in a row that I have a Monday night class. I don't have a clue when I'll get around to doing another meet, taking the PCATS to get into pharmacy grad school in october, just have too much other sh1t on my plate.

    Sounds like youve been busy lately tho, thats a good thing.

    Yeah, my last gym didn't even have one, but damn its nice to have a nice hack squat machine.

    It's nice to just be able to forget all the intricacies of squatting and just blast your legs.

    For the time being I'm eating super clean 5days a week, and relatively clean on the weekends. This time around I'll be doing things much more cleanly.

    Eventually I'll just be cheating once a week on Friday nights.
