    Killed it tonight. Felt good to lift on the brink of throwing up, blacking out, and failing the entire time. Back in a solid groove, and I plan on staying here.

    It just made logical sense for me, as I got lower and lower in cals to decrease volume. I think the higher frequency, lower volume template of DC really fit my dieting at the time.

    At the moment my goals are to get back into the 230's with as little BF as possible. I've been wanting to try DC for a long time now, but didn't want to rush things and just into it preemptively.

    So far things have been going great, and I'm already back up over 200 I'm curious to see what kinda limits I can push this time around.
