The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

There are none. They are all very inaccurate. Buy some calipers if you want to measure body fat. They are still inaccurate, so when measuring, you should add 3-4% higher than it says for good measure. The only accurate body fat testing is Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (or simply DEXA) or other advanced forms of body fat testing.

Any digital scale should do. Don't bother with scales that have body fat testing. Those are the most inaccurate of all.

Underwater weighing or BodPod would also be very accurate.

Alright! I'm done cutting for now. It's been a long ride, I went from obese to average. Now to put some muscle on, then cut again down the road.
